    Hi all
just registered as it looks a cools site!
    Quick question!
i am sure u have all experienced this so hoping for soemf eed back..

had some MT training last week.. Now on my right leg on the shin is bruised but more to the right of it on the muscle on the out side of the right leg is okay till i tap it in a certain spot hard and fast and aches and hurts .. now if i do that tapping up and down the shin it doesnt hurt apart from that spot and it also doesnt hurt on that spot if i tense the muscle and tap!..

have i bruised the bone there or a deep muscle or even a slight stress fracture!?
been jumping and stamping my leg (sounds daft ) but to see if i experienced any pain..

    cheer
    Mark

You have bruised your shin, welcome to MT. This will happen a lot unless you become a wuss and use shin pads, other than that just ignore it.
