Hunt is an amazing striker, he has excellent timing, very fast and is a master in closing in the distance. He reads head movements well and I'll take Hunt vs. Anyone in the HW when it comes to striking, even Overeem and JDS (I know he has losses to both, before some of you pull out your gifs to feel smug).

One if Hunt's best qualities is his ability to read opponents and capitalise on their tendencies. Doesn't even need to be fast, because he knows what you're going to do, and his timing is very good.

It's what finished Nelson and Mir, and I believe it will be Lesnar's undoing, as well.
