What is it about Brock, his inactivity, his lack of wins in 8 years and failed drug test in that period that leads people to believe he'll be any sort of force in the Heavyweight division?

I think a lot of the UFC heavyweights look less superhuman now because they have had to cut back on their steroid usage.
