The scum bag got the 18 month sentence for continuously breaking his court order and for swearing at a judge. You can't do that shit and get away with it.

In most countries there were restrictions placed on that due to the dangers of propaganda that ww2 highlighted
The ultra far right under regan removed the us version(fairness policy) and the result was the morphing of the u.s political scene to what it is today (fox news ,trump, tyt etc)

TS has no clue what an ASBO is and why people get them. People who get ASBO's are repeat offenders. Usually a burden and a nuisance to their own community. TS thinks someone should be able to break their ASBO 9 times and then behave like an idiot in court, calling the judge a cunt. I live In England and I know the types who get ASBO's, they're scum bags who terrorize their neighbours and cause normal people grief, hence the title "anti social behaviour."

These types of laws must seem like a good idea when 'your guys' are in power. But what happens when some far right party wins the general election and now you can't criticize them or you go to jail.

It is. If you're not white and come from a shit country you can basically do whatever you want and just get a slap on the wrist unless you kill someone. There are thousands of muhammedan "children" roaming the streats causing trouble and when the police catch them they are usually released within a few hours. Freedom yo.
 
The usual misleading narrative from the war room. Some normal guy didn't insult a black woman and get 18 months.

What happened was a antisocial scumbag with a history or bad behaviour and racism committed his 9th offence breaking a court order, called the judge a cunt and did a nazi salute and sang about gassing jews in court got 18 months.

I suppose in the US he'd walk away free and be applauded?

The cunt should have been jailed about 8 offences ago

Some European states are much more free than many places in the US (my opinion), and the idea that Europe is overrun with lawlessness and islamism seems to only be held by people with no actual experience of it.

Dumbing down Europe to muslims is the same as dumbing down America to the hillbillys.

Such a misleading law. First of all does anyone here know what ASBO laws are?

ASBOs are civil orders to protect the public from behaviour that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. An order contains conditions prohibiting an individual from carrying out specific anti-social acts or (for example) from entering defined areas

This man was in court for the 9th time for racially abusing and harassing people, and has been given warnings for his behaviour over and over. He just doesnt learn and if jail time is whats needed, then so be it. You cant just go up to people and abuse them verbally because you think you are a hard man. In UK we dont have weapons where you can shoot someone like this and say you felt threatened. So if you guys think 9 offences isnt enough for some jail time. Then maybe you are too soft when it comes to harassing and racially abusing people?
