There are thousands of examples of this already happening in the UK. They just shut down an inquiry as to why grooming gangs(consisting of ENTIRELY ethnic minorities) were being let off the hook.

But on a weekly basis I hear of offenders and repeat offenders getting off in BC only to commit other crimes.

Nope as stated in the proposed bill I already posted it clearly shows that the government admits that minorities already commit more crimes per capita and that is with the already lenient sentencing. Getting off the hook effects these numbers in that if you are charged but not convicted you will effect these per capita stats in the same way as if the crime never occurred in the first place.

Because these policies are in place and we do not see whites having being jailed more per capita we can only conclude that the original statement is correct right ?
