He has nice body kicks, but that was the only thing that was helping him on the feet against Chris Weidman (Who is a wrestler).

i don't think he is, i think at 185 he is so huge he can get away with a ton of stuff.


he has a good check hook, but again that check hook would would be a lot less affective at 205.

That's crazy to me. He has good kicks and a good check hook. His defence just consists of moving to his right with little head movement. I don't think he's dropped anyone with a punch in the ufc. He's a good striker for mma but no one of the best imo.

He's well rounded for MMA striking. Competent straight punches, clean technique, very slick kicking arsenal. He has good footwork and throws in combination.

There really isn't much to criticize about his kickboxing and he appears to continually get better.

I'd rank him as one of the best middleweight strikers. In the entire sport, definitely a stretch.
