I use to sleep at the floor also. It worked wonders for my back. Its like a workout at first, sweating and hyper ventilatong cuz of the pain before ur mucle adapts an relaxes.

Same, I grew up on a tropical place and even thought I have been back to Europe for 15 years, I keep the fan on even in winter. It literally snowed last night I still had my fan on, lol. It's a stupid habit but we all have such silly things that make us comfortable.
