There is a reason why Khabib turned down the Aldo fight .

He knows that Aldo has elite striking and also that he has some of the best TDD in UFC . Khabib knew if he fought someone like Aldo with great MMA stand up ad also great TDD that he would be in trouble standing .

Well now he is fighting someone with even better stand up than Aldo and he is praying his TDD is how it looked in the Mendes fight

Because if it is not and Conor was really injured in that fight and Conor actually has elite TDD then Khabib is in serious trouble .

No offense to Al Iquinta and Barboza ,RDA but these guys are not on he same level as Aldo as Mcgregor

Ask Barboza that, Khabib isnt the type to walk after you talking trash or slapping you, he takes you down and demolishes you, Nate pushes the pace for 5, but its a different style completely.

Nah Al' was crouched super low and his hands down low to stop the takedown. So Khabib just took what he gave him.

Al stood like that the entire fight. Khabib was a menace in the 1st and 2nd but couldn’t get td in the 3rd and 4th because he was tired.

Right, but the Diaz brothers have always been miles better in 5 round fights than 3 rounders. In a 5round firefight they make almost everybody else look like they have bad cardio - thats why Condit 'fought' Nick the way he did. Kinda silly to judge McGregor as having awful cardio on the basis of those fights, although his cardio may well be suspect...I'm just not sure.

If McGergor vs Diaz were both 3 round fights then they'd have gone down in history as one-sided beatdowns in Mcgregor's favour. He'd have dominated the early rounds & coasted to a decision.
