Brendan was talking some shit this week on his podcast, about how he would have beaten Brock if he got the fight.

People hate on Schaub a lot but I kinda agree here.
 
Well, he fucked Ronda, so he can probably fuck Brock (literally, not in a fight).

Schaub terribly overrates his own BJJ game. Completely avoiding Cyborg in a grappling match at all costs made him think he's some type of elite HW grappler. This is a guy who had Lavar Johnson held down for nearly 3 full rounds and couldn't submit him, and in fact took way more damage while on top than he dished out.

I could maybe see him beating Brock after a 5 year layoff but both in their prime, Schaub gets smashed.

I disagree because he's acting like if Brock takes him down he's going to submit Brock. Brock loved grappling he was always training BJJ and wrestling. On top of that Schaub never looked like some bad ass on the ground. If Frank Mir had trouble on the ground with Brock so will Schaub.
 
He would easily beat Brock, easily. People highly overestimate how good Brock actually is, I think he is a hindrance to the sport and should not be on 200.

Shauaub was just never that good of a fighter.
