I actually agree with a lot of what he is saying. He did fight an experienced guy and he did damn near everything he could to get the finish. He made his fight more exciting than most WMMA headliners ever could. Dana White is not looking for talent, he is looking for brawlers.

Not usually a Dana hater, but it was absolutely ridiculous of him to throw a fit and not sign a fighter that was more UFC ready than anyone on the show.

Some of you are missing the point of this show. The REAL TALENT GETS SIGNED WITHOUT GOING TO THIS SHOW. You all act as if this show means that UFC isn't about being the best anymore and is about brawlers now. This is not the only way to get into the UFC guys.

This is a show where most guys kind of have enough level to be on the UFC but maybe not enough, so if they can prove that they are killers and finish, then they can prove that they can pull upsets against better fighters and shock the world. So, this is a plattform for them to prove that.

Unlike many on that show, he is not a prospect. He is 29 already. The UFC already knows how good he is. But the truth is, if he gets signed, he will probably lose decisions to guys like Kevin Aguilar or Dan Ige and then get cut because they are better than him and he is not a finisher to go for upsets.

The people that get signed in the show are prospects that are really good and killers that can pull upsets. He is neither.

One is not interested in a mediocre english fighter. They hire either local guys from the asian countries where they do their events or russian/brazilian guys because they are cheaper and, let's face it, better than english fighters.

Bellator wil offer him that 1500k/1500k contract where he can have all the sponsors he want lol

Why do you think people are desperately trying to get that 10k/10k contract with guaranteed reebok money? It's not as easy as you think outside of UFC

They got Sage, MM and also Eddie because they were known fighters in UFC. Sage was popular because UFC used him for commercials and stuff like that even though he wasn't good. One is trying to attract the western market that's why they also hired Miesha Tate and Rich Franklin to comentate events and talk in their promos and countdowns.

All of these are known UFC fighters. This guy is not even a UFC fighter. Nobody knows him, people will forget him and this incident in a month.

What I was saying is that getting hired by One was out of the question and getting hired by UFC with that shitty 10k contract is still more profitable that being hired by Bellator or any other organization despite sponsors. That's why everyone wants to be in the UFC
