Brendan "Big Brown" Schaub - is he funny to you?

Abu Schaubi has been hanging around professional comedians quite a bit as of late (Joe Rogan, Bryan Callen, Joey Diaz, etc.) and most recently he's been hamming it up on the comedy tip on his podcast THE FIGHTER AND THE KID.

Yeah he had some great moments in the companion podcasts. IMO he was funnier than the actual professional comedians in Rogan and Callen.

I guess it's part of being an athlete in some ways (but then again, not because I've seen lots that don't do this--ie GSP) that you're going to be just a little full of yourself and everyone's going to lick your asshole while you shrug and smile.

During that last podcast, like with every one, they're constantly throwing so many compliments at him "omg ur such a beast" "ur the only one who has to worry about competing with him--a real god-like fighter like you"

ugh. stfu already. get knocked out again for the love of God.

and the way he talks about how no one trains harder than him.

Remember when he said Cain wouldn't be able to take him down against the fence? That was actually funny.. he just didn't mean it to be

I met him in Vegas a few years ago at the 126 weigh ins, and he stood and talked with me for a couple minutes. He is a pretty cool guy, in my opinion.

He says some moderately funny stuff from time to time and is generally pretty likeable.
