Did Allen break his leg during that fight or was he fighting with a leg injury?

Guy was planting his foot akwardly the entire fight.

For some reason i thought he was an elite grappler. Dont know why. He looked shit on the ground though.

He wasn't even observing basic boxing fundamentals.

There were 0 faints absolutely no head movement. Strickland was just jabbing him, it was the lack of movement that did him in. Allen is also a good grappler and did not even panic wrestle or attempt to take the fight to the ground.

He must have been fighting with a broken leg or came into the fight with a nasty leg injury, theres no other explanation for the limited range of movement to faint/the planting akwardly.
