I just finished my first tourney and I think I set a record. I pretty much held my breath for the whole five minutes. What the hell? I never did that in practice, why now when it really meant something. No wonder I felt so gassed. As much as I hate to think, I needed Matt Serra yelling " just breath Jerbone, just breathe!" Anyone else run into this? I am not even sure how to avoid this, I never do it this in training.
