*Breaking* Patrick Holohan (9-0) signed with the UFC

Anyone got any info on Holohan? He hasn't fought since 2012.

Paddy “The Hooligan” Holohan

That is the most irish name ive ever heard

Here is a 21 minute documentary on his last fight against Artemij Sitenkov (who holds wins over McGregor and Neil Seery)

Paddy is a great character!

Undefeated fighter who trains with Conor McGregor. Tried out for TUF 19 as a BW.

Lost a decision to Josh Hill on the TUF prelims at 135lbs but it should have went to a third round and Paddy had a slipped disk in his back at the time and required a discectomy afterwards

Was kinda expecting one or both of the last 2 slots on this card to be filled with Chris Fields or Cathal Penred, obviously depending on TUF losses.

Great news, always enjoy his fights. Wouldn't rule out Aisling Daly in the last slot seeing as they've added the women's strawweight division. Either that or Pendred loses on TUF and fights in Dublin.

Hopefully Fields can make it on since he lost on this week's TUF.

Did he lose TUF exhibition match? lololol

Other good fighters who lost TUF qualifying bouts: James Krause, Costa Philippou, Ryan Jimmo, Jimmie Rivera.

Now does that mean that Paddy will be on that level? Not at all. I'm just saying that losing on TUF is not some sort of indictment of your ability to stick in the UFC.

Nice. Another Irish athlete.
