Washington (CNN)A federal judge said Wednesday that a lawsuit alleging foreign gifts made to President Donald Trump may be illegal can proceed.

But the ruling from Judge Peter Messitte of the US District Court of Maryland says the Maryland and District of Columbia attorneys general who brought the case will have to focus it on the Trump Organization's operations in Washington. That means the case going forward will challenge payments made by foreign officials for services at the Trump International Hotel, but will not include visits to Mar-a-Lago in Florida or other Trump properties.

He's not going to bring Trump down with a message-board posting, and he doesn't think he is. So all the responses along those lines are dumb. Heck, I don't think people even expect justice from the courts in this area. But read the clause. There's no question that Trump is violating it. Also, the case is moving forward (did you read the link?).

This guy is right. I'm still looking for ANY evidence Trump did anything wrong in the last 5 years or so. So far here is what I know for sure.

1) He hires the best people and only the best.
2) Nobody associated with Trump let alone his campaign manager has done anything wrong
3) He knows nothing about the Stormy Daniels payment because he clearly has the best lawyer who paid for him
4) All his business dealings are 100% legit. Same with this family
5) He has been 100% faithful to his loving wife
6) Mexico WILL be paying for the wall

I did read it. I see no evidence for anything. I know the case is moving forward, that doesnt mean anything will come of it, and it was thrown out once already. I guess we'll wait and see.
