He discusses the fight, gets emotional, says he trained for 5 months and gave it his all. The guy has def earned more respect from me. He might not have class but he is real and always represents himself 100 so props and respect to Brandon.

Video is about 4 mins long. Good stuff by TR reporter Crystina Poncher. She is sexy as hell.

Saw this comment on BS, "10/10. Would poke holes in condom and bang"

FUNNY AS HELL :icon_lol:

holy shit...she's hot...

that being said...much respect to Brandon Rios...it fucking sucks to train that hard, work at something with so much passion and then come up short...

Rios proved a lot more durable then most predicted and he has nothing to be ashamed of. When you're in there with an elite fighter like that who is outclassing you in every way, it must be a real confidence killer. But he'll be back. He's still an exciting fighter and hopefully he can go back to 140.

+1000000000 for posting the interview girl more please.

Props to Brandon for hanging in there 12 rounds against the great boxing icon.

rios is a warrior , he has alot of heart and determination
i hope he will bounce back
also congrats to many for the much needed win

There's no crying in boxing!

What did Rios expect? He's a Good Fighter, Pacquiao is an Elite Fighter

Seckbach & Robert Garcia gave Rios too much false confidence that he would win :icon_chee

man even if he knew the truth he had to give it a shot.

All props to the man who tries and fails than the one who becomes a bitch to their emotions and doesn't even take that step up. He showed a lot of courage, grit, heart, chin to go out for 12 rounds against a Top 50 ATG.

Besides, he has $4m to use as tissues to wipe his tears.

so this guy has emotions, maybe he should use more brains next time. the way he fights and the punishment he absorbs each time, his career is over 3-5 years from now.

learn how to box compadre

When someone is just that much better of an athlete than you are it really doesn't matter. Anyone can be perfect going 20mph but Manny is bringing it up to 100mph and sustains it round after round; very few men in the history of the sport could have kept up with what Manny put out.

I give Rios a lot of respect for finishing until the final bell because the beating he was taking had to have made him think that it might be best to just lay down, but he kept going.

Rios has a good chin and a lot of heart, which can obviously take you pretty far, but I think this really brings into question what they are teaching over in Oxnard. Was Robert Garcia training Rios to move his head at all or just shouting at him to do it in between rounds?

eh, I don't know. I don't like talking shit about guys after fights but Rios phoned it in.The guy was clearly afraid to let his hands go. I don't really care for the guy's style but he always came to fight before saturday night. I thought it was a pathetic performance that actually was below my low expectations with which I came into the fight.

I think the combination of speed power made him more gun shy

You're being to hard with the kid. He didn't let go their hands for being afraid c'mon. He didn't because he's not that fast enough. It looks pathetic just because he isn't belong in the same ring with Manny. Once Manny adjust his strategy, he never became an easy target again for Rios in the entire fight. You really expected too much.

I'm aware of Manny's advantages over Rios. Everyone should have been.

I expected Brando Rios to be Brandon Rios. I thought he'd make a fight of it or get knocked out and based on his rep, thats not something I was out of line in expecting. I didn't expect him to turn into Josh Clottey after the first exchange. David Diaz gave Pac a better fight than Rios.
