A few years ago Cejudo brought in Brandon as a training partner to help him with Jujitsu for a fight. Brandon said Cejudo was nice to him. Paid him for sparring work, food and helped fly out Brandons gf to be with him.

Brandon always thought him and Cejudo had a good relationship. Then when Cejudo and Benavides became TUF coaches things changed.

Brandon made it on the show too and coaches have to pick fighters for there team. Cejudo had the choice to pick Brandon Moreno. He instead picked Pantoja. Which broke Brandons heart, and he ended up being with Joseph Benavides. Brandon said he was sad about it for two days but he started to realize how great Joseph was to him as a coach.

Even after Brandon lost on TUF, he said Joseph showed him alot of love and still trained him. Usually when fighters lose on TUF they become an after thought to the coaches. But not with Benavidez who kept helping him improve.

After Show ended Brandon stayed Friends with Joseph. Fast forward to a UFC event in Mexico City where alot of Brandons teammates/coaching staff left for to Mexico city for some fights. Brandon Moreno was left alone in Tijuana to train.

Cejudo was preparing for fight with Joseph Benavides for TUF finale. Cejudo brought in Pantoja and was in Arizona. Brandon obviously didn’t want to go back to train with Cejudo after the betrayal.

Brandon got invited to Joseph Benavides training camp against Cejudo and went. Ever since then Henry has called him a traitor. Which is a load of bullshit.

And now Cejudo is helping Deveison Figuredo in Trilogy to beat Brandon. So once again Cejudo is trying to screw over Brandon.

Brandon straight up tells Henry Cejudo “Fuck you” on this podcast lol. He doesnt like Henry.

TLDR: Cejudo is a liar, a snake and hes betraying the Mexicans…his own people by training Deveison. Also Low key Cejudos probably Jealous of how loved Brandon is by UFC, Mexican and American fans.

I didn't watch the interview but I hope Brandon has enough intelligence and self awareness to understand why it is not a "betrayal" for a Mexican-American like Henry to train a Brazilian athlete like Figueiredo.

Henry also chose to represent the United States in the Olympics, the country he was born and raised in, rather than a neighboring country that his parents left to seek a better life.

Brandon seems to come from a nice upper-middle-class family, so it is certainly understandable why his experiences are different from those of Henry whose parents ostensibly left Mexico due to cyclical poverty.

Cejudo can and should train any athlete he thinks is worth his time irrespective of their immutable characteristics.
