No, the premise of my argument is that it doesn't matter who does it more. Either you're someone who does it or you're someone who doesn't.
If your principles change based on how many times someone else has violated them...then they're not principles at all. If it's a constitutional violation when the left does it then it's a constitutional violation when the right does it. And you should be against it regardless of quantity. BTW, it's not a constitutional violation.
You're against theft. When that guy steals from you 30 times, you get pissed because you're against theft. Then some other guy steals from you 10 times and your position is "Well since it's not 30 times, I can excuse these 10 thefts." Then you're not against theft because it's theft. You're against theft when someone else does it "too much".
