Well I was totally off, Leon looked like a deer in headlights.

Very smart gameplan by Brady, Leon started well but had several mental lapses while Brady kept going forward forcing openings not giving Leon time to think/reset.

The takedown at the end of the first had perfect timing and planted a lot of doubt in Leon's head in a round he was doing very well in.

Round 2 was again perfect timing while Leon was still shook coming in from round 1 and not expecting that. And in round 3 Leon was so worried about takedowns he shot himself in a round he was doing well in again. Negative IQ move, but all of this was done by Brady's pressure.

Leon is very much a one gear fighter and prob has some of the worst intuitive adjustment looking back in retrospect - kinda like the opposite of someone like Jones. I think he does well in making adjustments coming into the fight like he did for Usman 2 but during a fight he gets stuck.

I was wrong, and I'm not mad about that! Brady looked great. Leon, once again, had the look of defeat on his face after the first moment of resistance. Never picking him again, but I do hope he can get his shit together.

Leon lost 48-47 across the board. Just cause he got spiked on his head doesn't mean he got dominated.

Meanwhile Brady just got mauled in the second and looked like he was about done gas tank wise after the first round where he had to work hard in.

And we have seen him fade in other fights as well.

Just don't see him hanging over 5 rounds with someone like Leon who hasn't demonstrated signs of sus cardio in the past.

Leon got destroyed. Brady got caught. There's a big difference.

Also, it appears the morning thing was an excuse against Belal.
