Good afternoon all,I was thinking of going back to the gym and hitting the heavy bag.,I'm not training for competition,Im just doing it because I prefer this workout over weight training.Bad news is,I have on/off shoulder soreness due to work.Should I: a)let the shoulder rest(obvious choice)b)give it up in general and go back to the weight room.I can do weights,it's just boring.All answers are appreciated.
You a sperm donor or something? If you have an injury don't work out, go to a doctor, get them to put you right.
hey man,every little penny helps,it's not my fault i took out a $100,000 college loan like a majority of college students.An Underwater basket weaving major will open doors for me. naw,I had a sore shoulder that kept me out of work for a week.that was in the summer.Now it just sore on and off(warehouse work).With the boxing/sparring i get a good workout.Nothing serious,just naggin.
I've had joint problems, thankfully not shoulder, and I can always get them to die down. Knees will never go away for me but it is stable and I train when I feel 90% plus. If you think you're doing yourself no immediate term damage and feel comfortable and having fun I'd do it.

Certain people round here bump stuff years old, it's all fun, you wanna discuss something, bump it. If you bump an Ali/Tyson thread I will hunt you down.
Fair enough.Im new to this forum so how do you check if someone has left a reply on thread you started?better yet,is there a way to check and see the comments from a thread you commented on?
