Good afternoon all,I was thinking of going back to the gym and hitting the heavy bag.,I'm not training for competition,Im just doing it because I prefer this workout over weight training.Bad news is,I have on/off shoulder soreness due to work.Should I:
a)let the shoulder rest(obvious choice)b)give it up in general and go back to the weight room.I can do weights,it's just boring.All answers are appreciated.
