Can anyone recommend a good boxing gym in Cape Town? I am looking for personal recommendations from people who have trained there or know people who can personally recommend.

-Kuilsriver Amateur Boxing Club
-The Armoury Boxing Club
-Brice's Boxing Academy
-Olympia Boxing Academy
-Pound for Pound Boxing Gym (your best bet if you live in town)
-Cape Town Military Boxing Club


also, there is a well known Muay Thai gym called Dragon Power, owned by Quentin Chong

no, i live out in tableview so its a bit out of the way.

i have a muay thai school 'bulldog gym' just down the road from me where i train.
