The best thing would be more pads and sparring though.

How about 3 rounds of 3 minutes:

    30sec-burpees
    30sec-jumping jacks
    30secs-shadowbox

Repeat with no rest till the round has expired . Rest 1 minute continue for 3-5rounds

Yes i would do it 1 time a week after boxing training. Training would last a little over 1 hour.

Can you lay out what your boxing training looks like?

Do you already have LSD runs as part of your training?

When you spar, is it your lungs or your arms/shoulders that give out first?

^ the most important question is if you're already running yet. Roadwork is a fundamental developmental tool in boxing.

When my coach doesnt have me spar, i jog for 10-15 minutes, skip rope 2 rounds, shadowbox 3 rounds, heavy bag 5 rounds, skip rope 2 rounds then ab training and pushups.
I run 3 miles 3 days a week in the morning.
When i spar i just get tired so i guess my lungs.

My suggestion would be continue that for another month or two. Then start building one of those runs a week up to 5 miles.

I wouldn't recommend extra conditioning, but after 2-3 months you could switch to a more advanced running programme.
