Should be interesting to see if UFC on Fox and boxing on NBC go head to head.

Also could be an indication that other networks have seen the UFC on Fox experiment as a success.

Finally hopefully this means the UFC really goes all in on the broadcast cards.

Klitschko is just as "dead" as MMA. Wladimir Klitschko has more than 10 million people watching him in germany for each of his fights and Germany hasn't got nearly as many people as the US.
Carl Froch is big in the UK. And there are others boxing in the US isn't boxing as a whole and while boxing isn't at an all time high it's far from dead.
Beside the guys you named in the US there's also Cotto. If Wilder beats Stiverne he could get big.
