Thought it would be interesting to hear about and see some cheap shots. I am not necessarily talking about the obvious, big ones like Tyson biting Evander, but some of the more obscure ones. If possible, include a youtube video indicating the time of the shot. I'm sure I will learn of some new ones I didn't know about.

I just noticed this one from Tyson-Spinks. Check out the elbow smash at the 5:06 mark

This one was wild, Lennox vs Levi Billups. At the 2:52 mark you can see Lennox do his best Dusty Rhodes bionic elbow drop on Levi's cranium.

Nice finds. I always think of a "cheap shot" as hitting after the bell, hitting when someone's out to touch gloves or hitting when the other fighter obviously thinks there's been a pause in the action. These are more like fouls methinks - but good to watch.

Sorry, not a very helpful post.

Thanks, nah its alright. I wasn't 100% on "cheap shots" either but I couldn't think of any better term.

James "The Harlem Hammer" Butler KO's Richard Grant after the fight(which was a special event in honor of those who were killed in 9/11)

Same guy went on to kill HBO boxing analyst Max Kellerman's brother Sam with a hammer.

What about Duran vs. Buchanan. I've never seen a title won off of a blatant nut shot.

Wow, hard to imagine anything other than destructive KO punching happened in that 90 second Spinks bout.

Yeah, Harlem Hammer is a real piece of work.

If there should ever be an exemption for fighter bashing, it would be in regards to him!

I remember seeing that live and being a little sick to my stomach. Then I had forgotten about it until they replayed it prior to Grant's fight with Jeff Lacey.

LOL. I haven't watched boxing in like 15 years so I didn't know about that, thanks for that haha. That may be the worst refereeing job I HAVE EVER SEEN.
