As a student, and it is finals, if i'm not studying, i'm eating or sleeping. Even if I'd like to cook all my food from scratch, which I really do, I dont have the time to source all the ingredients that I would like.
Just the other day however, we found these packaged curries from a company called "ITC hotels" called "Kitchens of India." At first I was skeptical, what the amount fail I've experienced first hand with Pataks(before I learned how to make a real curry). However, I looked at the ingredients, it contains nothing that I wouldnt use to make my own curry. They even use fresh ginger.
They taste fucking delicious, contain about 300 calories, are entirely vegetarian, and have no preservatives.
It's a pretty good 'quick meal' solution.
