Box spar video

chin straight up in the air. i do it too sometimes but its really bad here. I think how lightly you're taking these guys is affecting your form cause you're getting it into your muscle memory to play around like that

Chin down and throw more realistic punches. You have plenty of experience to pull your punches if you see something will land too hard. Don't punch through their head, try and steal their mouthpiece. Light sparring is more about control than it is slowing your movements IMO.

I like that philly shell defense, just get your right hand up a little. Nice work, brotha.

sometimes you stay in range for no apparent reason (for me) doing nothing (somewhere around 4:20).. maybe to let the other guy hit you?
