Is this thing legit?
I was thinking about getting one.

Buy a power rack, barbell, and some weights. The returns in physical gains will be exponential to the bow flex (assuming you train with them sensibly).

Bowflex is a waste of time and money.

Check the newspapers for an olympic barbell + xxx amount of weight combo sale. You can often find very good deals.

Amen.

Bowflex = literally, the absolute biggest waste of money in the workout industry, being completely 100% serious.

For $2,000 (cost of bowflex), you can have a great powerrack, barbell, and set of weights. Read the FAQ's.

I would personally go with just a standard coat rack.

LOL...you could lift it/throw it and get more of a benefit than using the bowflex.

But you can do curls and leg extensions on the bowflex so easily, and it's like a portable gym right in your house.

There not as good as a Barbell and a power rack, but they are better than most home gyms. It mmicks free weight motion pretty well. If your going to buy a "homegym" it would be the one to buy

Forgot about the curls and leg extensions...I was looking at Tito's weight routine and that's what he does, and I want to be able to kick a** like Tito so +1 to the bowflex :icon_chee
