People claim Overeem is fighting boring now because he's more cautious, but I love his fights.

This is a good answer. It was funny hearing the crowd boo him and JDS, meanwhile both of them know how devestating one clean shot by either of them can be. Watching that was like watching a damn sword fight... little action until someone goes for the kill, but then it gets really exciting real fast.

Most of Machida's fights. I like how you can see him trying to set his opponent up.

I used to like watching Sonnen fight, even though it's frustrating watching him hit people with pillow hands.
His fights with Bisping, Stann, Okami and his losses against Anderson Silva and Maia, were entertaining to me.

GSP fights, most of them.

All of Maia fights, except the ones where he tried to box.
