How do you handle this kind of lockdown to avoid boredom?

That's the thing there is actually a lot to do:

-You can for beginners start cleaning up the house, go over an area and throw everything you don't need away, then work your way to the next area.

-Learn a new skill, we live in the great era of YouTube, you can literally learn thousands of new skills step by step.

-Start learning a new language, you got plenty of tools as well.

-Read a book, if you don't have it, there's plenty of books in PDF files for free.

-Workout at home

-Learn to cook a new dish

-Play an instrument, get involved in art, create something.

- Meditate

-Try the Wim Hof breathing methods

-Play video games

Etc etc etc
