I picked up these pads when I was in Thailand last summer. They were 1900 baht at the Boon Sport shop in Bangkok.

I have used these for about 50 rounds so far and I love them. I really like the single strap design. They let me spin them around to the back of my arm so I can clinch with my fighters when I'm holding. They are light, so I can move them around fast for punch combos, but still heavy enough to catch hard kicks and knees.

The leather is very nice. It has a nice smooth polished finish and feels very thick. I decided not to get the velcro because it always wears out before the pads. This happens to every brand of pads, so I bought the buckle version. The handle is firm and has a nice arch to it. The stitching on the pads is very thick and durable. I really can't find any flaws in this pad.

wow that looks great. Thanks for the review. Is it possible to get a pic with you wearing them to check the length?

I got the EXACT same pair coming in the mail, this review had me sold,

Aside from my coaches' 400 dollar custom made Japanese pads, I've never owned or even held a pair of small single strap pads, but after using my instructor's i really like it.

They are light and agile, and if you don't mind taking a little more impact on your forearms, small pads are perfect.

plus it makes clinching easier too? Sounds good.

Not for beginner pad holders though, u gotta be more precise.
