Bones/Francis Would Do Conor Numbers. Give Them Conor $$$

Francis Vs Jones would be one of the biggest PPVs of all time. Now that Conor has shown these guys their true value in terms of being able to produce a huge PPV, they are right to demand it. Why wouldn't people support these two fighters getting paid on what will definitely be a monster PPV.

It's being argued that Jon is pricing himself out because he is scared. Give him $10-15 Million and he''ll fight his ass off. I would fight anybody for $10-15 million, and I'm not even considered the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

Get these guys paid and make the fight. Fans should demand this of the UFC.

Sadly most fans seem to be all for paying em peanuts. Then they wonder why 75% of the divisions are void of talent and full of scrubs. UFC is a multi billion dollar company. They can afford it. Something is seriously wrong when Youtube kids slapping each other with boxing gloves are making 10x the amount of the two guys fighting for the UFC heavyweight title of the world.

1.5M buys. And that's probably excessive. Not anywhere near the biggest fight of all time.

What Jones is probably doing is demanding higher up front money, and higher points dollars.

Normally they get $1.00 for every PPV ticket sold between 200,000 and 400,000 tickets. Then it's $2 for buys between 400,000 and 600,000. Then, buys over 600,000 get $2.50 each.

Jones probably wants something like $5/buy baseline. Dana's going to tell him to sit on the shelf with his normal line of "he doesn't want to fight" (tm) which is probably true, as Ngannou would push his face in and retire him.

It's a loss for the fighter because of ESPN. It's why Brock Lesnar walked away. He wanted big up front money. Because of ESPN+, fights don't do big buys anymore. Fighters know it, the UFC knows it, and the battle is now for up front money instead of PPV points. And that's why fighters are walking.

You can spam the same thread all you want, you are still totally wrong about that. Jones's best PPV and Ngannou's best PPV put together don't reach Conor's numbers, and most of their viewers are the same hardcore fans anyway. Casuals aren't into them and, regardless of what you think about casuals, they are the only way to reach the best ratings.
