don't be silly shertards...Stipe still should've won easily against fat Francis...the reason he was so patient is because he's coming in too near the limit and even though Stipe still a bit undersized, fat Francis still should be the best version for Stipe to gas out he just failed miserably at pretty much everything...he should win the trilogy quite easily if fat Francis shows up again...260+ is too much for natural Francis... Jones will gas fat Francis then submit fairly easily...if not he still has the reach of a gazelle to punish fat Francis
 
If he was 40 lbs heavier and hadn't been in all those wars then yes.

Stipe gets KOed by Francis everytime. Jones will beat Francis but he wont destroy him. Hes going to be very hard to hit, constantly push kick his knees, eye pokes etc. Francis will be extremely frustrated and Jones will win a decision victory. Everyone is on the Ngannou hype train but he has not fought anybody even remotely close to the level of Jon Jones, especially in terms of fight IQ. He isnt going to come rushing in with his hands down like Stipe did, thats for damn sure.
 
There are too many questions about Jones at HW. He might be on an early decline. Tall opponents often gave him trouble stylistically. He has never fought at HW.

Weight classes can make a lot of difference as we have seen with other fighters but not always in a bad direction.

They'll stack the deck and have the fight in the smaller Octagon again so there's less space for Jones to run and less distance for ngannou to cover thus easier to cut what ever direction Jones tries to move to. Thus forcing him into corners and nullifying anything jones has to offer.

There is a reason why they used the small Octagon. when in the bigger Normally used for HW fight octagon that's 30% bigger then the cage used in the fight last night Ngannou has to cover more distance to cut the fighter off as he's always trying to push forward. He has shit Cardio / Gas Tank so smaller cage helps him have juice into the 3rd 4th 5th rounds Thus smaller cage makes it easier and less distance he has to move and pretty much nullyfies he's opponent ie not enough room to try for takedown/wrestle etc etc

When he fights in the bigger cage by the end of the 2nd he's always gassed or close to being gassed.

This won’t go past 2 rounds. Jones will get murdered within two rounds so that stat will stay the way it is and you can use it again as you please
