For MMA are they worth it and can you make gains with them? I may have a fight coming up in a month so would it be worth doing them?
 
Yeah when used properly in a routine they are an excellent tool, in most cases they are ideal for training muscle endurance, conditioning and explosive movements. Just don't limit yourself to pushups and situps, use dips, pullups, pistols even plyometric pushups and jumps in your training.

Thanks for the reply man i just have one more question. Is it possible to achieve an MMA fighters physique by doing them?
