Just to track my progress. Advice and commentary are welcome.

Stats - 6.4, 262 lbs, 23 y/o. Around 22% BF.

The overall goal is to get to 12% BF and under 235 in several months, motivation level - very high.

Goal 1 : increase pull ups to 25 straight with correct technique in one set
Goal 2 : increase push ups to 60-70 straight in one set.
Goal 3 : Increase sprinting speed and endurance.

Routine : Planning to do it every morning.

Beginner stage :
Push ups max, followed by max pull ups. - repeat 5 times.
Abs workout
Burpees max, followed by wrestlers crawls ( not sure how it is called exactly )
Sprinting - 1 lap walking, 1 lap running ( YMCA lap ), - 20 minutes.
Running on stairs to 29th floor ( I want to eventually run all the way without stop ).

I will try to post a video log of my routine within a week.

I do boxing/wrestling (3 hours ) twice a week. Planning to add Yoga soon.

Diet : Paleo/keto/IF Eating window - 2 p.m. till 8 p.m.

I am not sure about vlog, maybe once I achieve some proper progress.
For now too much hassle.

Day 89 ( since starting the whole diet/lose fat thing ) - 261.1 lbs ( from 312 ).

Just hit deep keto, so the work out was miserable.
Jogging -20 minutes.
Pulls ups - 50 in total.
Push ups - 100 total.
Skipped the rest BW.
Walked back to 29th floor on stairs.

Feel like shit, but - hey, at least I am in ketosis.
