Headhunting is not the way to go on Diaz and thats exactly what McGregor did last time. He landed one left hook to the body that seriously winded Diaz but never went back to it. Also the leg kicks are there all day.
Hopefully he used dem this time and stops spamming the left hand to the head. The left to the body is key!!

The only thing that can win him the fight is a rd 1 or rd 2 knockout. He has no other game plan. He's a totally one dimensional fighter.

Watch Diaz vs Johnson. Diaz is not anymore the kind of fighter who doesn't check leg kicks. And Conor doesn't have low roundhouse kicks to that level. He might have trained them now, but he won't get elite that fast.

I agree that Conor will look to work the body, but other than the occasional Jon Jones style oblique kicks to the knee I don't think he will be throwing many leg kicks, they don't suit his stance.

Nate has a better chance of utilizing his leg kicks against Conor

Correction: body shots and leg kicks CAN win McGregor the fight IF he throws them enough. But I just don't think he assesses the fight as an execution of a gameplan, thus I don't think he's able to stick to doing certain things he never focused on before. It will be most likely headhunting again.

Tweet him TS, I'm sure he will like the insight from a random sherdog user with years of watching mma skill.

No the ref will once again mistake Conor open hand strikes to Nate's arm as a tap. So he'll get ripped off again, and be credited with another loss.

Conor hasn't got the cardio to implement a game plan that will enable him to win against Diaz aside from taking PED's. He hasn't got the power to finish him and he's lacking in all other departments to be able to beat him. Diaz will rape him this time IMO.

Other than a puncher's chance, Conor's only real means of success in this fight is to ride out a UD. Stick and move, keep his distance, circle, utilize jabs, kicks, and upper-cuts.

There aren't many fighters who have had success fighting close-quarters with a Diaz brother.

I think this is kind of a weird thing to simply assume. Conor often finishing his opponents by KO in the 1st or 2nd round isn't evidence of a lack of game plan should he not. Against Max he showed some offensive wrestling and was able to thoroughly out point him. Of course Max was very green at that point but Conor has gotten better too. I do think for sure his best chance is a KO but I could see him getting a decision too.

McGregor's leg kicks aren't heavy enough and he still has to get in Nate's range to land the body shots.

Lol, Nate using body shots on him is probably more likely. Diaz bro are probably the best in the ufc at mixing body and headshots. If Nate was able to gas him without body shots In the first fight, God help Conor if Nate decides to use them now.
