I started training martial arts when I was 15 years old, now am 18. I did swimming competetively when since I was 12, so I had a good fitness base to start off with.

long story short I was training all natural ever since then and it was only recently that I wanted to try out one of those whey protein shakes, and creatine. I took the right amount according to the dosage and I have to be honest it gave me the worst stomach cramps and bathroom visits I ever had. I asked several people with me in the gym, and they said I will get used to it, one month passes by and the cramps are still there, and shits. it was hell..I gave it an extra week and still the pain is there.

So I stopped them, my question did my body get accustomed to natural food that it rejected the supplements I was taking? did anyone have a similar experience with suppelments before?

some people just don't process creatine or some whey proteins well. Your body isn't rejecting them just doesn't "do" them well. I'd just eat whole foods and not worry about it.

You DO understand that creatine and whey are derived from real natural food right? Have you ever had a problem with milk?

your supplements ARE essentially food, and your rejection may be because the brand you're using uses the cheapest and most difficult to digest version whey: whey protein concentrate. This has been known to cause digestive distress for any number of people. you can try a different whey, a casein based protein, or just skip dairy altogether and go with an egg white protein (though that's likely to be more expensive).

sounds more like a food allergy than your body rejecting it.
