I'm just starting to wrestling in my high school. Never done it before and I wanted to see if I'd be any good at it. I weighed 141.3 at alpha weigh-in. I was just wondering how much body fat should I have. I have 8% right now.
im 220ish right now with about 13.5% bf (last time I had it checked about a month ago) It should be somewhat less now as Ive been doing a lot of cardio and long runs. My goal is around 10% by December 31.
I'm gonna have to ask my coach what it is because they did a skinfold test on me when I went to alpha weigh-in. I know I have to be at least 8% probably less, and Thanks for wishing me luck Madmonkey
before Tournaments I have 6-8%. In the off season 10-12% Everything between 14 and 5 should be allright
