The legions of Connor haters on here constantly bitching about him make out like he's a can.

The consensus seems to be he's a useless, one trick pony who'll lose all his future fights and disappear.

Never mind that he ran through most of FW, beat Holloway handily on one leg, tkoed mendes and brutalized one of the best ever in 13 seconds.

He's an elite fighter, he's capable of beating nate and he can still do great things in the sport.

He's a destroyer at 145 but the price is high.

Would say around top 10 at lightweight.

He beat a green Holloway who had one foot from almost the opening bell

Conor is f-ing awesome.

I just like Diaz bros even more.

Completely agree.

These haters are fucking ridiculous.

They will get humbled in a week.

Last time COnor learned that gaining fast and cardio dont rhym
Now he'll be ready
Grab your popcorn on 8/20 and admire the Conor show

Conor haters are no more blind than Conor lovers. The first real adversity we saw Conor face in the UFC was answered with a panic takedown. Conor needs to get back at 145 or give up the belt imo.

You're right. It's not fair. He's a very good one trick pony.

He never beat Holloway "on one leg".

Anyone that actually believes he fought with a torn ACL is an idiot. When you have a torn ACL, you cannot apply even the slightest bit of pressure on your knee without it crumbling.

He may well have slightly damaged his ACL, then damaged it further after the fight.

Conor is taking his fans for a ride though. They are going to feel like this Saturday

i hear all these fucking cans crying about all this conor hate, yet i dont see it at all. like what the fuck are you going on about? grow a sack you little bitch. you dont know shit about hate, try being a fan of chuck liddell here circa 04-07 when pride fan boys ran this place tha was real hate

Conor's the best thing to happen to this sport since Ronda.

And all the haters are just going to have to deal with that in their own ways.

@145 He's a proven superstar, outside 145 he's proven to be a little sub par so far...

Not true. He faced adversity in the Mendes fight. He faced adversity in the form of a serious career-altering injury in the Holloway fight.

Not to mention the fact that his style fucking invites adversity. He doesn't sit back and look for spots. He opens them himself, and he puts himself on the line to do it. He's a risktaker of a fighter. He doesn't stall, or game the system by fighting for points, or have "feeling out processes".

Anyway, even if the bolded WAS true, that wouldn't mean Conor lovers are blind, because there's a lot great about Conor regardless of that. If you love MMA yet don't love Conor, then you're blind, because he's fantastic for the sport, both inside and outside the cage.

Found the guy that's never torn his ACL.
