Here's my thoughts of what to do:
Erin Blanchfield should be paid to show. In a perfect world she'd get paid a win bonus but I dont think that's happening, maybe she won't be paid at all. I can't imagine what it's like training for someone, cutting weight and then it all goes away. Must be tough to turn around and do ot again, but maybe they should offer her a fight very soon. I'm sure the process and change of opponent is tough but she's been training. Maybe a feeder fight in a few weeks/month or so
Maycee Barber... well she caused a lot of alarms. Ufc don't want that attention on fighters or weight cutters. Regardless who's at fault or what headlines have been made, she should be on the back burner. At least for 6 months. Give her time to rest. And after she has quite a ways to go from headlining an event
As for UFC, I suppose I wish they women's divisions were a little deeper. I just wish there was more matchup options
