For Fedor if he doesn't want to sign with the UFC, but really wants to test himself.

    Ivanov
is a 13-1 HW (WSOF HW Champion) and holds a win over Fedor in Sambo. This is the fight that Rizzin should be trying to make.

fedor vs ivanov would be a great matchup. Unfortunately, that means that Rizin and/or scott coker would probably book Fedor vs kenny garner or brad imes

This fight definitely makes a lot of sense since Blagoy beat him in Sambo in the past and is now champ of WSOF.

Good fight for sure. It's time to see if Fedor still has it to fight against the best

Good call. Would be a tough test. Basically a UFC level test. If he can beat Ivanov at this point, he's still got it

Best possible matchup at the moment. I hope it comes to fruition...

Not going to happen. With Jaideep out of the way, Fedor/Yakuza-san are going to look for big names - Wand, Tito, even Kimbo or Lawal. Blagoi is legit, but unknown.

this is the most logical matchup and one i would love to see.

sadly chances are we will likely get a matchup against another unworthy opponent next.

It would be a good fight, the story makes a lot of sense, it's marketable.

But he lost to Volkov and struggled with Smealinho. Personally, I think he would get smoked by Fedor. On paper Kongo or Mo are better

Ivanov is too big a jump for Fedor. Would rather (if wsof will co-promote with Rizin)

v Mitrione (if he signs with Bellator)
v Bedorf (if KSW will lend him)
v Kharitonov (if the others don't work out)

My favorite fight for Fedor outside the UFC. They have history, and Ivanov is a decent fighter. King Mo would be my second pick, he's been doing pretty well, lately.

I kinda want to see this. Blags might be too much for Fedor just now...yeah he looked in prime condition vs. a stiff, but the ground won't be a safe place for Fedor in this match.
