As someone with back issues myself and a complete disc replacement at the L5-S1. Albeit I have improved. I still have issues till this day some 18 months post operation.

You don't have to be a doctor to read this MRI to see what's going wrong. Well anyway. Is this just something BB has to deal with for the rest of his career. I remember the Hunt fight. He was hurting pretty bad and basically lost that fight due to inactivity and doing the hands on your hip motion. Typical move for a hurting back. (Or gassed) you're posting up on your hips to alleviate the back pain.

Maybe strengthening the muscles around his spine with a good PT?

That's not how it works. The muscles around your spine actually become too overdeveloped much in my instance. So the muscles become super tight. Hence why muscle relaxers are prescribed for it. It's mostly a weight issue, and ab issue. If BB lost 30lbs and built up his abs, you basically have to learn how to use your body in a completely different way. You want abs and legs to carry the load. Not your back. I have BAD habits. With bending and using my back. It's a learning process. I'm 33. Old habits die hard.

His back seems to be jacked up..hes getting shots into his disc i think that give him temporary relief for a bout a week. I think hes in constant pain from it and his size and training will be making it worse. Wouldnt be surprised if retires soon.

Damn that sucks bud. Bet you still get bitches.

I just hope BB listens to advice, seems like a hard headed dude. You could tell he was fucked up last night. Looked stiff as a board and had a serious ass face.

Lol epidural. I've gone through the same bullshit. Temporary relief. Until I finally opted for the permanent fix. Complete disc replacement. I'm 60 percent improved and have yet to have a flare up that leaves be bed ridden for a week and a half. Also, no longer dependent on opiates. I still take some AS NEEDED. But I went from 160 pills of norco a month to about 25 pills a month. So yeah probably more than 60 percent improvement because of how little pain meds I take now.

maybe a little. :)

This. Good PT and stretching regiment. And lose 20-25 lbs of fat. Back issues are always exacerbated with extra weight.

<{monica}>
But honestly not lately though. Been a hermit for 2+ years since my mom died. But I did meet this really hot girl lately who looks like an Armenian Denise Richards. I just found out she is single and looking. And we had a lot in common when we met. We are both half Armenian. Wish me luck. It's been rough. I stopped rolling in BJJ on literally the eve I was going to get my Blue belt. Which was a huge step for me. But my mom got sick and I stopped going. Life can be hard.

Posting your picture here isn't a good idea, even in an innocuous way with pretty women. Just be prepared lol

But congrats and lowering the opiate usage, it's a helluva addiction. Norcos (hydrocodone) isn't quite the beast that Oxycontin and other stronger opiates are but it's still a very strong medication that has a very rough dependency and detox period. Hope you can eventually be pain free and not have any lingering issues.

Indeed. The fattest I ever been was when my mom was sick. I ballooned up to 246 pounds. I couldn't believe it myself. I'm 5'11 and carried it with well. My gut wasn't as Big as Daniels last night. Lol. So I starved myself pre surgery. Got down to 202lbs. Not water cut. Just lost pure FAT. Limited myself to 1400 calories a day and did a lot of smoothies. Eliminated most solid foods. Honestly I really believe I could help BB if we talked.
