Great fight. Like both guys but will be rooting for Glover to get it done
Jan is on a roll but can't count Glover out.
Eh, I'll be surprised if this headlines. Jan will win. Nowhere near as interesting as Izzy being the LHW champ, despite what you MMA hipsters say (yes I'm biased).
Oh yeah this is the new breed that would destroy bones .
I would really love to see Glover pull this off. But no disrespect to Jan, I'm a fan of his as well.
Would be amazing if Glover won and then retires. Really likeable guy.
I think Jan gets the ko/tko.
Glover deserves to retire as a Champ. I wish he wins.
Back to making 4-6 months away?
These two are old af. No way they make it till Sept
Thats why the Izzy/Jan fight shouldn't have happened when it did.
Jan been fighting sound as fuck lately. Glover fan and him winning would be a great story but I feel Jan has the edge in this point of both careers.
War whoever wins!
I'd rather see Jiri get this title shot.
I certainty don't want him to wait for the winner and sit out a year.
Glover brutally ragdolls Jan.
Glover has looked super slow on the feet his last few fights, and he'll be almost 42 years old on fight night. But his grappling his still as good as ever which always gives him a chance. Gotta go with Jan in this one though, his striking somehow keeps improving and he has the grappling skills and strength to deal with Glover's grappling.
I think Jan by stoppage. Glover gets hit when he does his Tyson peek-a-boo imitation. Uppercuts through the middle.
But Glover's gone back to his top game roots, has good TD's for a non-wrestler. And Jan isn't known for his wrestling. Decent grappler, but if Glover gets on top there is a skill gap.
Jan's fought smart during this run and is still durable. Can go 5 rounds. Follow a gameplan in a long fight. This is a good match-up despite Glover's age. But Jan's the safe pick.
Is this the oldest combined age two fighters fought for a championship in the UFC?
Anyways great fight. Jan KO.
