Bjorn's immediate future with Viacom. One thing is for certain: he is not well liked.

Alvarez has been making six figures per fight for years now with Bellator. The fuck you talking about?

Whoa! Calm down big boy!

Eddie wanted out of Bellator's auto-renew/matching making the point that UFC PPV isn't the same as Bellator PPV re: PPV points in UFC's contract offer. Let's see how many PPV buys Bellator did. His analogy was dinner isn't dinner (McDonald's).

It's the guaranteed title shot that screws things up. It is also using 4 man tournaments is a response to how stupid the format is. They are doing tournaments out of obligation at that point. They wanted Mo vs Rampage but they insisted on a stupid mini tournament stacked as favourably as they could to make sure that happened.

Yeah, that was lame. Like Strikeforce should have just made Fedor vs Overeem before Fedor got submitted by Werdum and TKO'd by Big Foot.

...Scott Coker was way better than both to me, but he wasn't an asshole enough to lead a big MMA organization, it seems.

Yeah, after reading the Bloodyelbow Strikeforce interview series, it sounded like Fedor & Co. squeezed the shit out of Coker & Strikeforce in addition to perpetual jerking around.

Probably true. But then again, if he was an asshole, maybe Fedor would have never signed and Strikeforce wouldn't have gained as much momentum. Who knows how it would have played out had Fedor not signed. Fedor/Rogers was a pretty hyped up event that put Strikeforce on the map, imo.

He kept saying the Fedor cards lost money, but generated big publicity and big media coverage, but prior to Fedor in Strikeforce, it didn't seem like anyone gave a shit when he was in Affliction, Bodog, Yarennoka, PRIDE FC in USA.

Maybe Spike can bring in Jon Taffer to do a Promoter Rescue miniseries.
