I think their production is good enough already but I would like to see them throw on a couple of the better prelim fights onto the televised cards rather than commercials when they have some time to kill between fights. Obviously they cant go commercial free but they can take the hit on a couple commercial spots per card to slip in a 2 minute prelim ko or sweet sub.
Another thing they could do is ditch the casinos and use 10,000 seat hockey arenas etc. And tour around to places that the ufc probably wont come to. Halifax, st johns, quebec city, hamilton, kingston, winnipeg, saskatoon, regina, lethbridge, cranbrook, kelowna, victoria etc. would be some stops in canada that would probably get good turnouts and turn fans on to the brand. The reason I said ditch the casinos is Im not sure if kids can go see those cards and imo you should make it is kid/entire family friendly as possible.
Another thing is engaging people on a more personl level. While youre touring around you can stop into small towns and have meet'n'greets with the fighters, do an open workout at the mall, and stuff like that. People remember that kind of stuff
