Hello! I lift in a gym where BJJ is the main focus. I am a total noob in any kind of grappling art. Im thinking of starting judo and it would be 3x times a week 2hr/class (including newaza)>But this is another topic< Regarding BJJ training frequency...i have the oportunity to start training 3x a week, 1:30hr/class. I dont want to compete, not in judo, not in BJJ. I want to have skills in general grappling. Do you guys think its enough training to get familiar in ground fighting/BJJ? thank you!
