I have a American neighbor who is interested in training jiu jitsu in Rio (he lives in Sao Conrado). He did some judo in his twenties.
he is 48 and about 35 pounds overweight. he is athletic capabilities and not uncoordinated.
I train in Rocinha and dont really think he would fit in training here as he has told me that he wants to get back into jiu jitsu slowly.
i need to know, what is the best school to send this older guy.
