BJJ/MMA stores in Tokyo

I'll be spending a few days in Tokyo soon. Anybody knows a good place to buy rash guards, patches, or any other BJJ/MMA stuff ?

If you have any good address for gyms I'm interested too, especially if they let people drop by for a class.
