Personally I want to see Marcelo Garcia fight again. I know he fought before but didn't keep gong with it. I know MMA bjj is different, but if he gets the fight to the floor, he's got the other guy in serious trouble in the cage as well.

Who do you want to see in MMA from the grappling world?

Marcelo Garcia on loving it more

Tanquinho so I don't have to see him fight again
DJ Jackson so I can see him have the shit beaten out of him
Claudio Calasans/Kron Gracie to see a top level closed guard game in MMA
Buchecha would be crazy to watch

Buchecha, Kron, Jackson Souza, Victor Silverio. Explosive athletes FTW.

Braulio Estima, Xande Ribeiro, Kron Gracie

Miyao bros I will literally shit my pants is they berimbolo someone...

+1 Marcelo. 1 fight is nothing. And he was fine.

I can understand why he wouldn't tho. He's already a champ and getting punched completely sux. He will later when he gets bored.

Not shitting, I really wonder how Caio Terra would do.

He'd destroy everyone at his weight. To stay competitive, he'd cut at least 10+lbs putting him in the 115lb class. Name one guy in that weight on that level of bjj. But I'd love to see it.

Also hafta agree with Kron and Buchecha. Hell, Kron was in the game EA MMA...for some reason. Could we get a push for Leandro Lo to get into MMA? He's innovative enough to find new ways of doing things in MMA and that'd be OK with me.

I think alot of the guys mentioned would not have the mentality - they would be beat d-c level fighters (even then it would not be a slam dunk).

I could not see Marcelo, mendes brothers, caio doing well.

I was actually just thinking "man I wonder how Caio Terra would do in MMA" when I saw this thread.

Marcelo said he doesn't like all the financial BS that goes with MMA. The training, the uncertainty that the other guy will stay healthy, changing dates, promoters and managers, etc. He mentioned that it brought his life to a halt and he doesn't want to do it again outside of a very professional environment.

I think Buchecha would be an absolute monster in MMA. I think both Tarsis Humphreys and Otavio sousa have the kind of athleticism that makes for a good MMA fighter.

I disagree. I think Caio has a really good mentality for mma. He takes pleasure in beating up people

perhaps - just something about him says he would not respond well to getting hit hard.

its' one thing to beat people up in BJJ and a whole different thing when the fists start flying.

Bruno Malfacine...that dude is so quick, I could easily see him being like a mini Thiago Alves with insane BJJ skills at 125 or possibly even 115. He'd honestly probably maul people at those weights...

Buchecha. Miyao (wanna see if this new guard style has a placein MMA, you never know)
Rafa. JT Torres
