Very cool. This reads like an old-fashioned American hero story.

Going against someone with a AK when you are unarmed takes bawls- regardless if you be martial artsin' or nah.

I want the play by play. I'm sure we'll get it on the news.

Good to hear. Beyond submissions, controlling another grown man with ease comes with the territory

    is actually
"We also have proof that 3 guys (one who trains bjj) can control 1 with armed with an ak47 and knife"

Nice try at bringing us down to your level.

Although the terrorist was still able to hurt some of the guys. The 3 guys were soldiers in good shape, there wasnt much bjj besides tackle, overpowering and pin. And Im really glad it all worked out fine in the end. Of course we need more details, how the crazy dude was wielding the weapons, if he was holding both and therefore actually reducing the effectiveness of each and such.

Im sure bjj helped somewhat, but the deciding factor was the numerical advantage.

Apparently the gun jammed. Seems unusual for an AK-47 but if so it sure saved those guys lives, jiu-jitsu or no jiu-jitsu, and the other people on the train.

AKs are very reliable but they arent magic. Dumb guys who think that AKs are impossible to fail dont do the basic maintenance and ends with the "impossible" happening.

I reda in another article that Stone, the one that trains BBJ, choked out the attacker.
