There's no way this doesn't end with murder, suicide or both. Very sad.
Nah court will eventually realize he is a mental case and institutionize him in a hospitalHe's gonna end up in prison cause I can already tell he's not going to obey the restraining order
BJ's been telling everybody for months they were trying to take his home and fortune from him and then they just... do exactly what he warned everybody about?
Hmmm.
So the meth stuff isn't just a rumor from a guy that doesn't like him?I’ve been following this for awhile, I live in Hawaii so it’s all over local news here. I’ve also got a couple buddy’s who used to train out in Big Island and everyone’s saying the same thing and just confirming the already known.
BJ has gone off the deep end, psychotic break with drug use. CTE a huge possibility.
All and all, from what I’ve been watching over the course of this. I have a feeling it’s going to end very badly and ugly![]()
Just through the grapevine stuff what I’ve heard from people who know him & have trained with him in the past.So the meth stuff isn't just a rumor from a guy that doesn't like him?
BJ Penn is smoking meth?
Probably third time I've heard batu specifically mentioned (we learn new drug slang every day)Just through the grapevine stuff what I’ve heard from people who know him & have trained with him in the past.
Honestly it suprised me too. But take it as heresay again the extent of this convo went.
“He’s on drugs?”
“Yeah, like batu (meth slang in Hawaii)”
“For real?”
“He’s been smoking it off and on for awhile.”
And I’ve had personal interactions with BJ in the past that have been less than cordial, thankfully I never had to deal with him.
Whenever local politicians talk about helping homeless, I wonder if they're doing anything to prevent people from turning into people who become homeless like making good choices, etc. Fix the leak or fix the cause of the leaks. For everyone who's saying they need to get help for BJ. It's not that easy.
You can't force someone to get help. I learned the hard way with my own family. You can get them held for 72 hours but that's it. After that, they let them go as long as their deemed not a danger to themselves or anyone else, but my family member was both and they kept letting her go anyway. There's just too many people with issues and they can't hold them all.
I don't like the idea of making fun of this situation, but I'm going to have to admit that is a funny Sherbro joke.He should go live with Positive Balance.
Bonnar tooMan, between him, Nick Diaz, and Mayhem Miller that era isn't looking so hot as far as how some of the big name fighters fared.
I think @positivebalance has been the one enabling him these past few years. He should go live with Positive Balance.
That opens up so many more questions.I think @positivebalance has been the one enabling him these past few years.
I hear Nick Diaz' cousin is good at that kidnap-and-force-into-drug-rehab-in-another-country thing. They could at least try sending him to detox... instead of just doing nothing.
